A SPACE TO CREATE
Art studios are centrally located in a professional building in 78704, within walking distance to Radio Coffee, Torchy’s Tacos, Kerbey Lane, UPS Store, public transit, and more. Studios are semi-private, with 10′ & 15′ ceilings, abundant natural light, built-in storage, and each roughly 100sq ft. Amenities include 24/7 access, ample parking, shared shipping station, kitchenette and bathroom. Most mediums will be considered, however there are some limitations with the space and building, ie chemicals requiring ventilation.
